Terri M. Foust has a passion for helping others, and at Collens-Wagner Insurance, she does just that for both colleagues and clients. She says, ‘the agency is here to help its clients.” In her role as Operations Manager, she supports that mission by keeping the agency running smoothly by tracking personnel and schedules, as well as by handling accounting and reporting duties.  Her knowledge of the agency enables her to direct customers to the person who can help them best. Terri is a tenured Collens-Wagner employee who came on board in 1994. She has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from York Technical Institute. Terri has been a registered volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for more than two decades and also volunteers at her church.
